Manresa Bread – ManresaBread is offering a selection of breads, pies, pastries, and more for pick up at the Los Gatos location and PopUp in Santa Cruz. Head baker Avery Ruzicka has added new items for the season including a Chocolate Truffle Tart, Apple Cardamom Galette, Pecan Pie, Stollen, Sourdough Rolls, and large Kouign Amann. Orders must be placed by December 21 for pick up on December 23. For the full menu and to place an order, click here. ManresaBread will be open half day on Thursday, December 24, closed on Friday, December 25, and will reopen on Saturday, December 26. They will not be available at the farmers’ markets on Sunday, December 28. The retail location will be open on New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.

Presidio Social Club – Pastry Chef Rene Cruz is offering his pies and cakes to-go this holiday season. Christmas desserts include: a Coconut Cream Pie, Bourbon Pecan Pie, and Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie (all $45), and a Chocolate Peppermint Cake ($80). Whipped cream is also available for $5/pint. Customers can order cakes and pies online through December 17, 2015 on the Presidio Social Club website.

A16 – San Francisco’s celebrated A16 will once again celebrate the honored Italian-American tradition of Feast of the Seven Fishes this Christmas Eve. The seven-course feast will be served family-style with dishes from Chef Rocky Maselli likeSaffron Cavatelli with mussels, ceci nero, chili, lemon, and chervil and Black Cod & Dungeness Crab Brodetto with clams, mussels, cockles, Orange Agrumato, and chili. Burritt Room + Tavern by Charlie Palmer –  This holiday season, gather with friends and loved ones at Burritt Room + Tavern, where you’ll enjoy a three-course feast for $48 per person. Christmas Eve Celebration at Desco  – On Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24, Desco in Old Oakland will be open for dinner from 5:00 to 9:00 PM serving their regular a la carte menu plus $48.00 and $65.00 prix fixe menus with a main course of traditional Christmas Eve seafood stew with clams, Mediterranean mussels, poached octopus, prawns, baby calamari, served with Fettunta bread. Roka Akor – Executive Chef Roman Petry of Roka Akor (801 Montgomery St.) invites guests to gather around the open-charcoal robata grill and celebrate the holidays this season with a special tasting menu. In addition to serving a full menu, Roka Akor will offer a five-course dinner that is designed to be shared and served for a minimum of two people. Highlighted courses include Escolar Tataki with White Asparagus and Yuzu, Heirloom Beet Salad with Shiso Crème Fraiche, Ruby Mustard Greens and Lime, Chef Selection Seasonal Sashimi Platter, and Toro Roll with Green Onion and Fresh Wasabi, among others. Executive Chef Levi Mezick has created a three-course menu with classic holiday dishes with a twist made with locally sourced, Northern California ingredients.
