Parada’s Holiday Menu To-Go- Want a delicious yet unique seasonal meal without the hassle of cooking? From Nov. 16 – Dec. 30, Parada, a Peruvian rotisseria in Walnut Creek, will offer a holiday meal to-go for $110. The meal, which serves six, will include Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken), Adobo (slow braised pork shoulder), Quinoa Salad, Sweet potato or Yucca fries, Jasmine Rice, Veggies Salteado and Alfajores. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance by calling Parada directly at 925-448-8118.
