This year for Memorial Day weekend I changed up my Jetsetting routine. Instead of packing my bags and flying out of town I hopped in my car for a quick 40 minute drive to Silicon Valley. Silicon Valley is super closer to San Francisco, only 40 minutes south on the 101 (that is not during rush hour travel time). I was lucky to spend the weekend at the Four Seasons Silicon Valley and after 48 hours relaxing here I have some great pointers to share on why you should get down to The Four Seasons Silicon Valley for some R & R as well!
Below are some of the fabulous eats and fun I had during my weekend staycation. Of course most of the shots in involve the delicious eats and drinks I enjoyed but what else does a food blogger do in a long weekend relaxing by the pool? One of the best parts about this pool is if you have a spa treatment at the Four Seasons Palo Alto Spa with the treatment you get access to the pool. Score!! That’s on the d.l. so take advantage but don’t tell too many folks or there may not be room at this super quaint, intimate pool.
Cheers to the long weekend and 48 hours of R & R starting now!
The amazing Watermelon & Feta Cheese Salad. Perfect light bite by the pool if you’re not super hungry but want something flavorful and delicious!
The lovely Mango Smoothie treats offered to the guests pool side. Yes please!
I was really craving Pizza and although it’s not on the pool side menu…. When at the Four Seasons they truly are all about the guest experience so this was from the Quattro Restaurant in the lobby but was brought up to the pool for me. Incredible service and just as incredible pizza! Another must try eat at the hotel.
Thanks to the Four Seasons Silicon Valley for collaborating with me and hosting me during my weekend staycation. I can’t think of a better location for a Bay Area staycation weekend. Between my afternoon at the pool and my leisurely afternoon at the Spa I had a blast and loved every minute of this relaxing staycation.
