The adorable restaurant setting on the ground floor of Hotel SP34. I loved the casual setting and the great bar which is where I sat and enjoyed dinner.

Cocks & Cows is a great company striving to do sustainable good for their community. Some of their initiatives include: Free range beef, free range meet, organic vegetables, free range eggs and collaborating with the family run business Rokkedahl.  Rokkedahl is a family run business, which has provided free range chickens since 1963. At Rokkedahl they have focus on the environment and sustainability – all their energy comes from windmills and other eco-friendly sources. The chickens are 100% Danish, 100% salmonella free and 100% traceable.

The extensive menu where you can create a custom burger. I’m quite simpler when it comes to my burger so I went with beef, cheddar cheese and french fries. The below burger was incredible. Super flavorful, juicy yet when I finished I did not feel overly stuffed just perfectly satisfied.
