This Thanksgiving, the four-course menu, created by Executive Chef John Griffiths, offers something for everyone. The first course will be a Spice Roasted Red Kuri Squash Soup served with Crème Anise, followed by a Harvest Salad of Butter Lettuce served with Chicories, Shaved Persimmon, Pomegranate, and Point Reyes Blue Cheese.
