Embarking on a voyage with @VirginVoyages aboard the Scarlet Lady was an experience draped in excitement, amazing food, great entertainment and fun!! My Sea Terrace room with a terrace served as a place of relaxation in between the fun experienced outside the cabin on the ship. 🛳️🌅

The private balcony, complete with a hammock, offered intimate moments of peace, swaying to the rhythm of the waves. Inside, every detail catered to celebration and fun in a space that was just as much about the journey as the destination. 🧳💫

Here’s to the sweet escapade of adults-only travel! Stay tuned for more coverage featuring dining and entertainment!

The 2024 Pebble Beach Food and Wine event was just as enchanting as my last visit in 2019. The grand tastings and festivities on days 2 and 3 were spectacular 🎉💃. I had the pleasure of experiencing another 🍾 tasting by Heidsieck Piper, perfectly paired with caviar from Antonius Caviar.

The Grand Tastings were divine showcasing exceptional wines, spirits—Suntory Gin being my favorite spirit—and delicious creations from outstanding chefs from California and beyond.

Congratulations to PBFW on an impressive comeback after a five-year break; it was definitely worth the wait. I’m eagerly anticipating the 2025 event. Kudos to @a21presents on executing a fabulous return.

Day one at Pebble Beach Food and Wine kicked off wonderfully. Let’s talk about the La Grande Dame 🍾 tasting - a highlight for me indeed tasting La Grande Dame vintages of 206, 2008, 2012, 2013, 2015 paired with amazing food by Lady Larder.

Following that, I had the amazing opportunity to play golf at Del Monte, the oldest golf course west of the Mississippi, which was a bucket list dream. The day concluded with the exquisite ‘Savor the Mediterranean’ dinner, showcasing fabulous Mediterranean cuisine. This combination of premium champagne, iconic golfing, and a Mediterranean feast truly made the start of Pebble Beach 2024 spectacular.

What a memorable weekend it was! I was overjoyed to be a part of the third annual Sonoma Epicurean Event organized by the V Foundation, where an impressive sum of over $3.4 million was raised for cancer research. This cause holds a special place in my heart, as my younger sister Lise has been bravely battling cancer for the past 2 and a half years.

Seeing Chef Duskie Estes at the event, served as a poignant reminder of the Chef’s Cycle event scheduled for May 7-9th.

I’m thrilled to announce I’ll be part of Chef Duskie’s team, Butcher, Baker, Bottlers, riding up to 100 miles a day from May 7-9. It’s an exhilarating opportunity to blend my passion for food with my love of cycling, surrounded by incredible chefs, all while contributing to a noble cause that fights hunger. What an evening to remember! I recently had the extraordinary opportunity to experience an exceptional Winemaker dinner at the Farmhouse Inn, beautifully complemented by the selections from Foley wines. 🍷✨

Each dish was a work of art, encapsulating the abundant wealth of Sonoma County with the freshest of local produce and meats. 🍽️

Chef Craig demonstrated his culinary brilliance with each plate, leading us on a tantalizing journey of flavors and discoveries that was absolutely unparalleled. The feast was enhanced by the impeccable pairing with Merus Wines. Choosing a favorite among the Napa Valley Chardonnay, the Napa Valley Cabernet vintages of 2014 and 2015, or the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon proved to be a delightful challenge. The night at Farmhouse Inn, surrounded by the wonderful Foley family, their incredible team, and fellow guests, was genuinely memorable.✨

What an extraordinary kick off evening filled with fabulous wine and exceptional cuisine! As always, I loved Chef Charlie Palmer’s 17th Annual Pigs & Pinot event, featuring impeccable pork and Pinot Noir pairings.

A HUGE congratulations to my friend, Winemaker Ashley Holland from Read Holland Wines, on being awarded the top spot in the Pinot Noir contest. Such a prestigious accolade for Ashley.

Charlie Palmer’s Pigs & Pinot event contributes to the Palmer Family Education Foundation, PFEF, in collaboration with the Sonoma County Vintners Foundation. It plays a significant role in funding educational initiatives, including culinary and wine accreditation, music, and arts programs.
