Recently I had the pleasure of spending a weekend in California’s wine country at Hartford Family Wines. After visiting Hartford Family Wines, I’ve become a fan and am adding them to the list of some other Sonoma County local favorite’s.
The stunning outdoor seating for guests enjoying a tasting. This over looks the vineyards and is truly beautiful.
The Hartford Family Wines tasting room. I didn’t get a chance to taste here during my last visit as I was tasting with Winemaker Jeff Stewart which you can follow along and see more of below!
I typically love a jammy, full body, fruit forward red wine so for anyone with similar tastes you’ll love this!I found Hartford Winery to be extremely intimate with a family feel to it. Possibly since I know it’s a family run Winery but regardless if you like the more unique, smaller wineries who really know what they’re doing making wines you’ll love Hartford Wines. They also have a variety of tasting experiences so depending if you enjoy the tasting counter, a more private library experience or a picnic they have something for everyone available. Their Tasting Room is open daily from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 7 days a week, unless otherwise specified. Call 707-887-8030 or email info@hartfordwines.com to check availability or make a reservation. 8075 Martinelli Road. Forestville, CA.
