National Rosé Day AND a birthday celebration? Count me in! This past June I was lucky to celebrate my birthday with my closest friends and family, and it was one to remember (especially after COVID and not having parties with more than 3-4 pals at a time). Since it was also National Rosé Day, I of course had to make sure the two went hand in hand. All of my wonderful guests (all dressed in pink of course) enjoyed a selection of 25 of my favorite Rosé wines and amazing food.

Celebrating National Rosé Day

National Rosé Day & These Fabulous Rosé Wines

Like I mentioned earlier, I was lucky to have 25 brands who I hand-picked and invited to share samples to be a part of my National Rosé Day birthday party. From traveling and tasting over the years, I have such an extensive list of favorite Rosé and it seemed only fitting to have such a large selection present for my friends and families to try.

This is a Rosé lover’s dream! A never-ending selection of Rosé bottles. As you have seen I adore Gary Farrell Winery so they were a must for my party. Read all about the stunning Gary Farrell Winery here.

I absolutely adore Black Stallion Estate’s Rosé of Syrah from Napa Valley. It is a rich and fruity delight.

Some more Rosé! I shared the amazing Rosé wine from Dunstan Wines and the Rosé of Grenache from Lincourt Vineyards with my special guests. Read more about Dunstan Winery here.

This Flambeaux 2020 Rosé from Sonoma County has beautiful floral aromatics. Another perfect wine for a perfect day. Read more about this stunning Flambeaux Rosé and all of my other favorite Rosé Wines of Non-Pinot Noir here.

Here we have Kind of Wild (a fabulous new organic brand my friends launched), French Blue, Grandeur, Château de Berne and Banshee Rosé. The two French Rosé wines were both super light in style and a true Provencial style Rosé (my absolute favorite light and elegant style).

To round up the selection of Rosé we served the amazing Ferrari Carano, Cep Wines from Peay Vineyard, Donum Estate and Fèlsina. As you can see, the guests had a lot to choose from!

Delicious Food and Desserts

I was so happy to have incredible and tasty bites at my birthday. My favorite part was definitely the dessert options that were both stunning to look at and also delicious. They were almost too pretty to eat!

We served some to-die for cookies from the local Noble Folk Healdsburg Bakery which is featured in my Best Healdsburg Bakeries blog post. And from Fort Lauderdale, Florida we catered an incredible fluffy cake and stunning cupcakes from We Take The Cake. I am actually dreaming of these special treats right now…

I couldn’t be more grateful to be surrounded by so many amazing people while also celebrating with my favorite bottles of Rosé wine. Cheers to milestones, celebrations and good times!
