Note: these wineries are ordered alphabetically, not by preference, so consider them all loved equally!
Also, I receive the question a lot asking, do I prefer Napa or Sonoma? Neither. I love any destination that has delicious wine, amazing people to meet, and fun stories to share. So, take my advice and explore as many different wine countries as you can and see all that each area has to offer and what sets it apart from neighboring wineries. Top 10 Sonoma Wineries
Copain Winery is an iconic Sonoma wine tasting location. Fabulous wines, views, and food pairings will sweep you off your feet. Flowers Vineyards & Winery
Flowers Vineyards & Winery is another Sonoma Winery I absolutely adore. It is one of the most beautiful wineries to visit and even makes an appearance on my Most Impressive Architecturally Stunning Wineries blog post here. 4035 Westside Rd, Healdsburg, CA 95448
Hamel Family Wines

Jordan Winery is one of the most dreamy wineries to taste at in Sonoma. Not only do they draw inspiration from French winemaking techniques, but their estate is designed in French château style. Lynmar Estate Winery
Next, Lynmar Estate is a Sonoma Winery you cannot miss. They make absolutely gorgeous Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Rosé Wines and have an absolutely gorgeous setting that you will never want to leave. MacRostie Winery & Vineyards
What makes MacRostie Winery & Vineyards a Top 10 Sonoma Winery? The experience, the team, the wine, and the setting. To me, these are the four most important elements that keep me wanting to return again and again. The little things like welcoming you the moment you exit your car are what set apart a good winery from a great one. Ram’s Gate Winery
Ram’s Gate Winery is one a favorite of mine and is also the closest Winery to San Francisco. It’s about 35-40 minutes from the Winery to the Golden Gate Bridge. As a Ram’s Gate Winery Wine Club Member, I’ve hosted many friends and family and everyone falls in love with Ram’s Gate. Located in Healdsburg, Reeve Wines aims to offer a creative outlet for some new varieties, sourcing new grapes and offering loyal wine lovers another option. Silver Oak Alexander Valley
Those of you who are familiar with Silver Oak Napa Valley will be ecstatic to learn they opened an Alexander Valley Winery in August of 2018. The wines are as delicious as ever and yes, the interior of Silver Oak Alexander Valley is just as beautiful and pleasing to the eye as the outside! Last but not least, Three Sticks Wines. My love for this winery comes from its gorgeous settling, delicious food & wine pairings, and that they are dog-friendly!
