What differentiates Wine Access and their Wine Club from all the others?
The Assortment: The assortment of Wine Access wine clubs is like no other. They receive specially allocated, limited release wines which many other consumers and wine retailers never see. Like I said assortment and limited available hard to find wines!
Their customer service: As someone who travels a LOT (possibly 40-50% of my life) it’s quite hard for me to receive wine deliveries. What this means is that FedEx usually has to try up to 3 times and if I’m lucky on their 3rd try am I home to sign for the wine delivery. Well in those cases where FexEx misses me more than three times, the Wine Access customer team (specifically Emma who helped me) calls to coordinate a new delivery or pick up time (like I said they accommodate to YOUR schedule) for me to receive the wines. In all of my 500+ winery deliveries, I don’t think I recall a winery ever calling to reschedule a shipment FedEx usually sends it back to the winery and then they reach out to me to ship it again. Just one of the small customer service touches Wine Access does for their wine club members & customers!
