The Ojai Valley Inn & Spa
During my recent adventure with Toyota taking me from San Francisco to Arizona’s Spring Training, (read the full Spring Training trip coverage here) I had a stop on my road trip in Ojai California. For as long as I can remember the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa was a Southern California Hotel dubbed a must-visit. This was the perfect trip to let me visit this incredible Inn & Spa en route to Arizona with Toyota’s Grand Slam Spring Training Blogger Trip.
Arriving at The Ojai Valley Inn & Spa
As soon as I arrived at The Ojai Valley Inn was this really does have a spa zen-like feel to it. As you enter the lobby, the check-in/reception area is quite calming and really feels intimate like a small boutique hotel. Upon walking outside to my room I stumbled upon gorgeous gardens, water features, and the stunning hotel pool overlooking the golf course. Do you get the vibe that I am talking about? It is a combination of a luxury high-end boutique hotel with a golf course, spa, and plenty of R & R and zen vibes where ever you turn. Yes, pretty heavenly upon first impressions and the experience continued to get better as I arrived at my room, the spa, and my dining visit that evening.
The beautiful main pool for hotel guests.
The infinity pool views of the golf course. Absolutely stunning!
When I arrived at my room, I found a cheese plate and some treats left to greet me. I really adore hotels that welcome guests with small touches such as this. After driving 8 hours from San Francisco this was the perfect treat as I settled into my room and started to relax.
The Amazing Spa
I decided to spend a few hours at the stunning Spa which is something I recommend every guest do. You can get a spa treatment here, or you can pay just $75 for an amazing deal. You’ll receive a day pass with access to the spa, the spa pool, sauna, steam room, and the beautiful facilities. Plus, you can stay as long as you want. One of my favorite things to do while visiting a hotel is to experience the spa. It really adds that extra touch of relaxing and unplugging and sets the vibe that I am on vacation and not in my day-to-day busy life.
The interior of the spa was beautiful. I loved the bright tiles and the southwestern style decor of colors, design, and accents.
The spa’s pool with an adjacent hot tub which I spent about an hour in relaxing. So lovely and much quieter than the main pool available for all hotel guests.
Thanks to Toyota USA and The Ojai Valley Inn & Spa for hosting me for this lovely stay. As always, all opinions and views expressed in this post are my own.
