Compline Restaurant & Wine Shop is founded by two partners Master Sommelier Matt Stamp and Ryan Stetins and it’s a wine lovers paradise! Morimoto Napa has a contemporary Japanese menu that infuses traditional dishes with Western ingredients and preparation techniques. Chef Morimoto has a seasonal and ever-changing selection of raw fish preparations that feature the freshest seafood available. The ambience is very warm and welcoming with the beautiful interiors.
