My Meadowood Napa Valley Spa Experience
Right when I arrived to Meadowood Meadowood Napa Valley Spa, I knew this serene area was going to treat me right. It’s nestled in a woodsy area within the Meadowood Napa Valley Spa & Resort and is beyond private and peaceful.
As Meadowood Napa Valley Spa puts it, “Your Wellness Journey Begins Here”. I couldn’t agree more with that statement! Right when I walked in, I was taken care of by the Meadowood team and greeted in their welcome lounge. In their lounge is where you receive a stone as you’re seated fireside noting your intention for the day. What a special way to start off my wonderful spa. My intention for the visit was to be PAMPERED and boy did the team do that extremely well!
With an ambiance full of nature and architecture designed by Legendary Architect, Howard Backen this Napa Valley Spa is a beautiful getaway. I mean look at how beautiful this interior is… I couldn’t get enough! The incredible ambiance definitely added to my amazing spa experience.
Welcome to the treatment room. Each room is private and you have access to your own personal bathroom. There is a steam shower, toilet, and large dressing area that guests get all to themselves. The spa experience includes a 7-minute pre-treatment steam in this stunning private bathroom which was incredibly relaxing. What a treat it is to have your own bathroom! I loved how personal the experience felt and was so grateful for such great therapists .
I just loved how personal The Meadowood Napa Valley Spa Therapist made my experience as they listened intently to our conversation pre-spa. This touch definitely made my 60-minute massage and pampering even more special
Meadowood Spa Relaxation Garden
One special part of The Meadowood Napa Valley Spa is their Relaxation Garden (separated by gender). The Relaxation Garden features a sitting area, steam room, and a sauna and mineral soaking pool. This special garden area is open for you to use pre-treatment or post-treatment as well. Personally, I enjoyed this special area after my massage and enjoyed a bite to eat from Meadowood Spa’s Culinary menu.
I was all smiles post-treatment as I enjoyed delicious food and the garden views.
As far as the food goes, the Meadowood Napa Valley Spa has absolutely delightful eats. These Mahi Tacos were one of the best I have ever had, and beautifully dished! This meal paired with the serene environment made for an amazing post-spa experience.
So, it’s safe to say that The Meadowood Napa Valley Spa was an experience I will never forget. From the start, the staff was welcoming as their time was personal and special to me. The little details like setting an intention, meeting with the spa therapist, and taking a pre-treatment steam were all so special but really added to my experience. And to top it all off, I got to enjoy one of my favorite foods (tacos) in a special private garden!
Everything was perfect from beginning to end and I couldn’t recommend The Meadowood Spa in Napa Valley more. I know I will be back!
