The Spectacular Wildhaven Sonoma Healdsburg Glamping Experience & Fun

For those who don’t know, “glamping” stands for “glamorous camping,” which means all the fun of camping without the bugs, dirt, and tasteless food. If you want to be a little more adventurous with your travel, I highly recommend giving glamping a shot. A few weeks ago, I visited Wildhaven Sonoma Glamping in Healdsburg, California and I couldn’t believe how much I loved it. Read on for photos, recommendations, and more! Additionally, if you want to know more about glamping, check out this blog post about my glamping trip to Yosemite as well!

Although I always update my readers about my fabulous adventures, my social media followers actually get to hear first (it’s much quicker to upload on there). So, be sure to follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest to stay updated!

This is Matt from CERF Club, who provided me with tasty food for my Glamping Trip! A big thank you to CERF Club who helped make this Wildhaven Sonoma Glamping Trip so fun and fabulous!

Driving across the beautiful Golden Gate on my way to Healdsburg. So exciting!

My lodging for my stay. The walls of the tent keep out pesky bugs and critters, so you can enjoy the fresh air and aromas of the outdoors without worry!

Each tent was spread out enough to safely social distance, but I was still able to mingle with the other glampers! This was super helpful when Emily (my friend who joined me) realized we were very inexperienced at setting up a campfire to cook food. Basically all of the essentials to survive a night of glamping we asked for help from our friendly and experienced glamping neighbors.

Everything in my tent was sparkling clean. It really didn’t feel like I was “camping” at all!

If you’re visiting from outside of California, do pick up an In-N-Out burger. You can’t find it anywhere else! Even California locals still drive up the 101 as an excuse to enjoy a burger and fries for dinner.

Even though we were glamping, I was spoiled with eats from my friends at Cerf Club. They have a fabulous Camping Set that they shared with me for this glamping getaway. See more of their provisions on their website here. Also, use the code JETSET10 to save 10% off on your first order from Cerf Club Provisions.

As we were clearly amateurs, we got some help setting up our fire from Wildhaven owner Brian. Note to self to pack starter fluid and kindling. However, Wildhaven does sell campfire materials for those unprepared glampers (like us) who forgot to bring their own.

Our neighbor Brian helping us light our firepit for breakfast cooking! Brian and his son Simon were the best. They loaned us whatever items we needed for our campfire. Glamping truly is a neighborly way to travel. All of the nice folks we met at Wildhaven were so generous to us underprepared glampers Emily & Emily.

Hanging out at the Russian River on Friday afternoon, which was just steps from our tent. This is a super fun way to relax while glamping at Wildhaven. Be sure to pack some beverages if you want to truly relax and float down the river!

What better way to have some fun than playing Scrabble and sipping on some delicious wine?

It wouldn’t be glamping (or camping) without some toasty, buttery corn topped with salt and pep.

Not a day goes by without some aromatic coffee. This coffee is from Ethiopia and it is so rich and earthy.

My experience at Wildhaven Sonoma Glamping was absolutely incredible. Thank you to everyone at Wildhaven Sonoma Glamping for a fabulous weekend getaway!
