On August 19th Brian Boitano, Olympic gold medalist and celebrity chef, created a sumptuous dinner benefiting Bay Scholars at Credo Restaurant which I had the pleasure of attending.  I collaborated with the  Credo SF Team and hosted various bloggers and influencers to attend this incredible culinary event. This event was extremely special as Brian created a dinner inspired by his Northern Italian heritage and culinary expertise.  There were two seatings, both starting with a cocktail reception in the Archive Room where Brian met and greeted guests with a signature cocktail specially created for this evening.  We then adjourned to the main dining room for a spectacular three-course Italian inspired dinner prepared by Brian and the Credo culinary team paired with estate grown Mezzacorona wines from the Italian Alps. Talk about a perfect evening. Amazing people, a great cause over delicious food & wine. A HUGE thanks to The Credo team and Chef Brian Boitano for this unbelievable evening.
