The sleek, modern setting of West Coast Wine • Cheese. I love the open setting and also the right wall which is covered in their incredible wine assortment.  As a wine nerd (meaning I could literally study a wine list or wine wall for hours), it is so fun to be able to see the various wines on the menu, actually touch the bottles, and see the interesting purveyors, wine labels, and winemakers this wine bar has on their list.
