STANDARD PLANNING:
DETAILS: You know where you want to stay (location and which hotel) so I’ll handle the hotel booking on your behalf. You’ll have access to Fora’s global network – over 5,000 properties & exclusive perk programs.
FEE’S: Zero. These standard hotel bookings are no cost to you. I get compensated through the hotels… You pay the exact same rates you see online. Sometimes lower plus most of the time you’ll receive FORA perks such as free breakfast, a hotel credit, early/late check in….
VIP PLANNING:
CUSTOM SERVICES FOR EACH CLIENT: Every trip is unique, and so are the bespoke services I provide. Below pricing is a general guide to the fees for the most common trip-planning requests. If you have specific needs or questions, I’d be happy to discuss further!
PLANNING DETAILS: Not sure where you want to go or need assistance with research and planning? Let me leverage my experience traveling to 48 countries, combined with comprehensive destination research, to guide you. I’ll provide personalized recommendations on where to stay and can handle the entire booking process for you—from hotels and tours to ground transportation, restaurant reservations, and more!
FEES:
- Hotels Only: $100 per booking
- Full Service (Hotels, Tours, Ground Transportation, etc.): Starting at $500 per travel week.
- Groups of 5 or More: Additional $100 per person.
- Please note that all fees are payable upfront and non-refundable.

Starting at $500 (depending on the trip’s scope), my flat fee covers everything you need for a seamless and unforgettable travel experience. Here’s what’s included:
- A 30-minute discovery call to dive into your trip goals and vision
- Ongoing communication throughout the planning process
- Consultations for flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation and travel insurance
- Tailored travel design with a fully customized itinerary
- Concierge-level booking and coordination

- If your destination changes after the initial planning phase, a new trip planning fee may apply.
- For travel requests with an expedited timeline (within 60 days of departure), a $150 rush fee will be added.

- You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your inquiry and to schedule an introductory call with Luxury Travel Planner Emily Martin.
- During the introductory call, we will discuss your travel goals and wishes and align on what services you need help with (Hotel, Hotel Transport, Flights)…. If a trip planning fee applies, we will discuss that during the call.
- The next step would be to send our trip planning agreement and invoice for you to sign and pay to begin your travel planning together with Emily Martin Luxury Travel Advisor, aka The JetSetting Fashionista.
