If you’re not familiar with either the Ritz Carlton San Francisco or Jean-Charles Boisset the proprietor behind JCB Collection, get familiar. Both are incredible luxury brands I adore and those of us in San Francisco are lucky enough to experience both in the San Francisco Ritz Carlton’s JCB Tasting Lounge.

The JCB Tasting Lounge is a super intimate, extremely special destination within the Ritz Carlton San Francisco Hotel.  When you think of dining and drinks at The Ritz Carlton, most likely their restaurant Parallel 37 comes to mind, which I adore and have shared on the blog, read more here. However, I suggest you get familiar with the JCB Lounge also located within the hotel. This is the perfect destination for a date or small intimate celebration with friends or family over delicious Wine and incredible food from the team at Parallel 37. During my visit I experienced a flight of bubbles and wine paired with the amazing Parallel 37 food. As much as I love wine alone, I prefer it paired with food as it doubles the experience both for the wine and the food and of course lets you enjoy a bit more wine vs drinking on an empty stomach! As evident, this is a food & wine pairing I recommend you explore set in a unique luxurious beautiful setting that will not disappoint.
