
This year’s StarChef San Francisco awards brought together amazing Culinary and Wine Talent. In addition to the fabulous Rich Table Industry lunch I attended, I also had the privilege to attend a Sommelier lunch hosted by Mourad and Rioja Alavesa Wines.
At this event Mourad Sommelier Tara Patrick led us through various wines from Rioja paired with the incredible Mourad Food. See more of the fun we had below!
Jeff Bothwell with the ARAEX Spanish Fine Wines Group introduced us to the Wines and shared more about the region, grapes and history.
For those of you who have not experienced Mourad’s food yet. Get in there. These sauces paired with the incredible breads were amazing. They paired lovely with the Rioja Wines.
