Earlier this Spring was one of my favorite Mexican Gourmet Events of the year in San Francisco, Gourmex.  I had the pleasure of attending thanks to the Consulate of Mexico team for hosting me and some of my other blogger and media pals. We had a blast enjoying delicious food form Mexican American Chefs, drinks, cerveza and fun! Chef Val Cantu of San Francisco’s Californios Restaurant. This is a two-star Michelin Restaurant (I am dying to visit) which is very highly acclaimed and adored by those who have visited.
