For as long as I have been living in California, I’ve been hearing about the famous Claremont located in Berkeley. A couple of years ago, The Fairmont bought the hotel and did a massive renovation. I got the chance to visit post renovation and it is incredible. I love the historic character of the hotel and it’s history. and the renovation kept the history and character the same, yet freshened it up with beautiful modern decor and stunning colors and design.
The beautiful lobby.
The beautiful guest room, mine faced San Francisco with views of the Hotel Pool and Tennis Courts. It really felt like a getaway and vacation out of town.
I felt right at home settling into my room as soon as I saw the incredible Le Labo products. I’m such a sucker for products at a hotel and Le Labo are truly divine.
My lovely aestheticianLauren Emery, Lead Esthetician who gave me an incredible facial. She has worked at the Claremont for 13 years and was incredible.
The incredible Kerstin Florian products used at all Fairmont Hotel Spas. I was sent home with a few of these travel size products and I’ve been using them for a few weeks and I have to say they’re wonderful. Extremely gentle and non irritating and really soft and creamy on the skin.
I decided to have dessert in my room after my delicious dinner at the Limewood Bar & Grill. What’s more perfect than a glass of wine, some dessert and getting caught up on my reading (My Kindle is in my adorable monogram Cuyana passport case).
I hit the gym for a morning workout (sadly it wasn’t warm enough for a pool day). I was blown away by the incredible coffee and tea assortment for gym guests. I see why all the Pool & Gym members love working out at The Claremont Club.
A huge thank you to the Claremont Berkeley, Fairmont Hotel for the lovely stay. I had an amazing weekend getaway from San Francisco in your relaxing, beautiful hotel.
