I know I have been missing visiting the wineries, and I know many of you have too. Wineries, especially in California, have taken a big hit since the closures and lockdowns. However, with the power of technology, wineries and winemakers have taken on the challenge and have brought the wine tasting right to your home. You are able to participate in Virtual Wine Tastings from anywhere with your favorite wineries and winemakers. I definitely have been participating in as many as I possibly can during the pandemic and I strongly encourage you to try them out as well. Continue reading to see The Best Virtual Wine Tastings I’ve Experienced.

Sangiacomo Wines
I attended Sangiacomo Family Wines virtual tasting with some colleagues to spread the word about their new curated tasting experience. I am partnering with them on a blogger wine club, so I attended the tasting with a few participating bloggers. We had the pleasure of tasting four fantastic wines with the guidance of one of Sangiacomo’s friendly and knowledgable sommeliers, all via Zoom! And check out Steve Sangiacomo (shown below) and me in our matching Sangiacomo hats, the cutest right?!
The tasting was guided by one of Sangiacomo’s incredible Sommeliers, Kara Joseph, who is currently an Advanced WSET. She led us through a tasting of the Sangiacomo 2018 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, 2017 Roberts Road Pinot Noir, 2018 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, and 2017 Oakview Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Sangiacomo Family Wines Virtual Tasting Experience is a lovely way to gather with others, learn, and enjoy Sangiacomo’s delicious wines. Book a virtual tasting with Sangiacomo Wines here.
