This year’s birthday was quite a special one, not only because my best friend Katherine came to visit to celebrate but also as I was invited to the Fairmont San Francisco for a birthday stay! Although I have been in SF six years I have never stayed at the Fairmont, only visited for events or fun holiday festivities like their annual Gingerbread House they have for Christmas. See the incredible visit I had below and why the Fairmont San Francisco is an iconic hotel everyone must stay at at least once in their lives….
Arriving for my birthday stay to the Fairmont San Francisco…. See more of this fabulous stay below.
Our lovely Fairmont Tower King room. We have the most amazing Bay views (shown below)….
The spectacular Bay views from our Fairmont Tower room
The lovely birthday welcome from the Fairmont San Francisco team. Thank you Melissa!
One of my favorite amenities The Fairmont Hotels offer are workout clothes and shoes for guests. I first experienced this at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel (read more here) and fell in love. It’s so amazing to have one less thing to pack with the hotel providing this convenience for guests.
Our bathroom including a tub and shower. As you have probably read one of the ways I like to relax in a hotel is to take a bath so I always appreciate when hotels have a bath, and this one spoils guests with a bath AND a shower!
Another amazing Fairmont Hotels perks for guests are their fabulous Le Labo products. I adore these.
The beautiful Laurel Court where brunch is served as well as other dining throughout the day.
Our stay included a complimentary brunch which was amazing. I love a good hotel brunch and this one is just as delicious as you’d expect. They had pastries, fruits, bacon, eggs, potatoes and an omelette bar (which I ordered from). It also takes place in their stunning Laurel Dining Room shown above.
Although I don’t typically crave sweets for breakfast these Sticky Buns looked too good to miss so I tried one. I was right these are diving, for sure a must try for anyone with a sweet tooth staying at the Fairmont San Francisco. Thanks to the Fairmont San Francisco for hosting me for this overnight birthday getaway. What a treat getting to finally experience the Fairmont San Francisco after years of visiting for events and other fun San Francisco activities.
