Arriving to The St. Regis Deer Valley for a lovely day of pampering. I was invited to experience their restaurant RIME followed by a spa treatment at The St. Regis Deer Valley Remede Spa. This visit was over Labor Day (2020) during COVID so below I’ll share what it’s like to travel and visit a hotel and spa during COVID. Sneak peek I felt extremely safe and comfortable at this hotel during COVID as they have plenty of extra safety precautions in place for both their guest’s safety and their staff. Read more below…
Signed noting the face policy while visiting the hotel. I appreciate that they even showed you how to wear a mask properly as you see people with a mask on not covering their noses which really defeats the purpose of a mask. Kudos to the St. Regis Deer Valley team on this great communication ensuring their guest’s safety and health.
One of my favorite parts about visiting the St. Regis Deer Valley is this tram you take up to the top of the mountain where the hotel, restaurants and spa is located.
All smiles as I head into Rime Restaurant for a ladies lunch pre Spa fun!
The fabulous patio views we enjoyed during lunch at RIME. We had the most gorgeous day we could not have asked for any better weather or a more lovely ladies lunch experience.
Kicking off lunch with a glass of Champagne, Oysters, and the most delicious two salads. We were torn between two salads so shared them both including the Bibb Salad and the Caesar Salad both of which I highly recommend.
The St. Regis has a traditional across the world of offering a daily sabering of Champagne at their house bar at 6 pm. I had inquired about this and so the team at St. Regis Deer Valley’s Rime Restaurant kindly had a sabering demonstration done for us tableside. This was so much fun to watch and so thoughtful of the team to do even though it wasn’t quite 6 pm.
For my entree, I couldn’t’ resist the Lobster which was divine. It was extremely rich and juicy covered in butter (just how I love my Lobster Rolls).
My friend Emily enjoyed the fish tacos which was also adored! The food here was so so spectacular, fresh and the service was over the top attentive.
Beyond thrilled to be enjoying this delicious Lobster Roll at the amazing RIME Restaurant, St. Regis Deer Valley. This is a restaurant I highly suggest you visit during any trip to Park City. Read more about where to dine at Park City on my Park City Dining Guide here.
