The incredible Squid Ink Black Pasta with Scallops. I typically am not a hue Squid Ink fan yet this was unbelievable. So flavorful and delicious.
The seasonal salad which was also amazing! I loved the grapefruit and pine nuts in this light tasty salad. Incredible.
David guiding us through the Louis XIIV Cognac (the bottle shown has a $3K value) cocktail experience (A $200 value per person). While dining at Quattro you can enjoy this cocktail made table side by David. The cocktail includes 1 oz. Louis Cognac, 1 oz. Dom Perignon with some fruit infused mixtures. This was an extremely entertaining experience to watch (see below) and the cocktail was delicious!
