Earlier this month I had the pleasure of attending the Cameron Hughes Lot 616 Launch Party at San Francisco’s Room & Board Store in Soma. At this event Cameron Hughes shared their newest Calistoga Napa Valley Cabernet, Lot 616 with guests as well as lots of other delicious wines. If Cameron Hughes rings a bell, that’s probably because I’ve written about them quite a bit. I was lucky enough to interview Cameron Hughes of Cameron Hughes Wine on the blog last fall which you can watch below.

What is Cameron Hughes Wine

Cameron Hughes Wine is a negociant winer brand which means they don’t own their own winery or vineyards, instead they source grapes from other brands with excess juice, taste it and ensure it’s high quality, then they offer it to their customers at approximately 1/3 of the price of the brand names they sourced from. It’s quite brilliant because you get super high quality wines at a fraction of the price!

I am such a happy girl trying the Cameron Hughes NEW Russian River Pinot Noir. It was delicious, so fabulous I may have had to buy a few bottles!

Cameron welcomed guests and also shared that a percenteage of the event’s proceeds would be benefiting those in Napa impacted by the recent North Bay fires.
