A16 – Celebrate Mother’s Day with a festive brunch and dinner at A16 on Sunday, May 10. Executive Chef Rocky Maselli has put together a traditional Italian menu including staples like Strawberry Pastafrola with black pepper crust, mascarpone and olive oil, and Scialatielli allo Scoglio with savory clams, mussels, calamari, chili, garlic and lemon. Aveline – It wouldn’t be brunch without a boozy beverage from the bar. Celebrate Mother’sDay at Aveline this year with a free mimosa for Mom and a sweet treat to take home! On Sunday, May 10th, in addition to her special treats, Mom can enjoy delicious bites like Trekker, roasted sweet potato, yogurt, smoked honey, granola, and almond butter or Baked Egg Casserole with bell peppers, potato, goat cheese, and eggs. Bluestem – The urban neighborhood restaurant is the perfect place to celebrate all of the wonderful mom’s! Bluestem will be giving all moms a house made sweet from Pastry Chef, Curtis McDonald, in addition to serving delicious brunch items from their new, seasonal menu. Favorites include the Bakers Board with house made breakfast breads and pastries with seasonal accompaniments ($7), the Brunch Board that changes weekly and features an assortment of chilled fish, ham, smoked sausage with seasonal accompaniments ($16), the Cinnamon Toast French Toast, house made brioche bread pudding sliced and soaked in custard and pan-fried and served with hazelnut chantilly and seasonal fresh fruit ($13). CafĂŠ Claude – The charming Claude Lane classic, CafĂŠ Claude, will serve a prix fixe Mother’s DayBrunch from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, set to the tune of vocal stylings from renowned jazz musician Mark Robinson. If the weather complies, enjoy the sunshine with mom on the cobblestone patio, taking in all the sights and sounds of San Francisco.  The cafĂŠ will also serve a special dinner menu from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Canela – Salud to mom! This mother’s day, Canela Bistro and Wine Bar will be recognizing the mother’s out there by making their meal a little more special. On Sunday, May 10, we’re toasting all moms with a Spanish rose and a rosĂŠ. (Sparkling NV Avinyo Rosado Reserva Brut RosĂŠ Cava that is…). M.Y. China – Treat your mother at Martin Yan’s restaurant in San Francisco, M.Y. China, located in the Westfield San Francisco Centre. Indulge in the new lobster menu, featuring six different preparations of two-pound lobsters including Golden Garlic Steam Lobster, Curry Lobster, and Scallion Lobster Claypot. Palm House – This Mother’s Day, take mom on a trip to the tropics without ever leaving the city! Palm House, the popular Cow Hollow restaurant known for their unique approach to California Tropic cuisine and their serious-about-leisure attitude – offers unique brunch options sure to please any mom. The Palm House “B.L.T” with fried egg, pineapple-sugar cane bacon, butter lettuce, tomato, and aioli is a delicious spin on the traditional B.L.T. Top of the Mark at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins – Top of the Mark Executive Chef Nenad Stefanovic presents their annual Mother’sDay brunch on Sunday, May 10th. Beyond the breathtaking views from the legendary sky lounge, patrons will enjoy a selection of raw bar items, antipasto, salad, and small plates including Hamachi Crudo with vegetable slaw, chili olive oil, and Smoked Duck with orange segment and basil oil. Guests also have the option of the Mark Hopkins Roast; slow roasted prime rib of beef, rosemary jus salmon coulibiac, and dill sauce. EntrĂŠe selections include Filet Mignon with ratatouille vegetables, cabernet reduction; Pork Medallion with sautĂŠed parsnip, carrot, celery root and Dijon cream; and Wild Mushroom Ravioli with roasted vegetables and pesto cream sauce.
