The Black Walnut Inn
The Black Walnut Inn, nestled in Oregon’s picturesque Willamette Valley, offers a refined and intimate luxury retreat that pairs small-town warmth with world-class hospitality. This boutique estate is designed for discerning travelers seeking comfort, culinary excellence, and wine country charm. Robert and I loved our romantic getaway here with the most amazing private terrace waking up to rolling vineyard hills in the most stunning wine country setting.
Make sure to check out The Best Willamette Valley Wineries for your next Oregon Visit and I would be thrilled to book your stay for you!
They also have animals on the property including Pigs and Goats that you are able to feed at the barn.
Luxury Rooms
Each beautifully appointed guest room offers plush linens, radiant vineyard views, and curated amenities that ensure a truly restful escape. We were welcomed with a note from the GM, a bottle of Sparkling Wines, snacks and a gorgeous candle. Talk about a warm birthday welcome!!
Our bathroom had the most amazing soaking tub plus french doors with our own private patio and vineyard views. Truly heavenyl!
Anthology 8-Course Dinner
A highlight of the property and our visit was the 8-course dinner we enjoyed at Anthology. This immersive, multi-course journey celebrates the region’s seasonal bounty led by Chef Chase and Zack. With a focus on hyper-local ingredients, the thoughtfully crafted menus are paired with exceptional Oregon, Sonoma wines, French and Italian Wines creating a one-of-a-kind culinary moment in the inn’s elegant dining space.
From sunrise breakfasts in the tranquil courtyard to curated wine experiences and impeccable service at every turn, the Black Walnut Inn and the Grange Estate invite guests to slow down, indulge, and savor the very best of the Willamette Valley.
Thanks to the Black Walnut Inn team for hosting us for this magical stay. I am already looking forward to next year’s visit back to Oregon after Chef’s Cycle 2026 in Bend! Read about My Ride with Chef’s Cycle for No Kid Hungry on my blog here.
