If you’re in Punta Mita Mexico or Puerta Vuellsrta, a 45 minute drive to Punta Mita I suggest you visit the St. Regis Carolina Restaurant. It’s their fine dining restaurant which is gorgeous. Both the interior and exterior with views of the Resort and Ocean are spectacular. In addition to the setting the service is over the top with incredible food. I was lucky to experience the Carolina Restaurant during my recent stay at the St. Regis which you can read more about here.
