Since Charlie Palmer’s Folia Bar & Kitchen at Appellation Healdsburg opened in 2025 in Healdsburg I’ve had the pleasure of dining there a few times and each visit was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the beautifully designed space and stunning views to the thoughtfully crafted dishes bursting with flavor, local ingredients, every detail felt elevated and intentional. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer and savor every bite. Read on to discover why Folia deserves a spot on your Healdsburg must-visit list.
Follia Restaurant
Dining at Folia, Appellation’s signature restaurant, was an absolutely amazing experience! The lively energy of live-oak ember cooking, the aroma of house-milled flour pastas, roasted meats, and seafood-forward dishes.
I also loved Andy’s Beeline Rooftop (read more below), especially during the golden hour. Sipping on cocktails infused with garden herbs while eating shareable bites with vineyard views made for moments I won’t forget.
We enjoyed the Roasted Chicken and their divine Burger for our entrees.
