Follia Restaurant
Dining at Folia, Appellation’s signature restaurant, was an absolutely amazing experience! The lively energy of live-oak ember cooking, the aroma of house-milled flour pastas, roasted meats, and seafood-forward dishes.

I also loved Andy’s Beeline Rooftop (read more below), especially during the golden hour. Sipping on cocktails infused with garden herbs while eating shareable bites with vineyard views made for moments I won’t forget.

We enjoyed the Roasted Chicken and their divine Burger for our entrees.

Speaking of burgers, check out my Best Healdsburg Burger Guide here including Chef Reed’s delicious Burger at Folia.

During my first stay at Appellation Healdsburg I surprised my Mom visiting from Chicago with a girls staycation. She loved it and we had a fabulous dinner at Folia Restaurant which was spectacular. Speaking of Folia, learn more about them and the other Best Healdsburg Restaurants in my Guide here.

Cheers to an unforgettable stay at Appellation Healdsburg, I can’t wait to return!

Another one of my visits to Appellation Hotel’s Folia Restaurant. It’s the perfect setting for a ladies lunch.

The fabulous Gabrielle who I adore!
Andy’s Bee Line
Another must-visit gem at Appellation Healdsburg is Andy’s Bee Line—and it’s quickly becoming one of the most talked-about spots in town. This ultra-chic rooftop bar delivers all the vibes, from its stylish setting to its sweeping views of Healdsburg and the surrounding wine country.

Perfect for golden hour or a late-night stop, Andy’s Bee Line serves up creative, expertly crafted cocktails, light bites meant for sharing, and an atmosphere that feels equal parts relaxed and elevated. Whether you’re kicking off a night out, meeting friends for drinks, or just soaking in the views with a cocktail in hand, this rooftop is the place to be. Stylish, fun, and undeniably cool—Andy’s Bee Line is a Healdsburg must.

New Years Eve fun at Appellation Hotel. Before the big NYE Party we had cocktails with friends at Andy’s Beeline. What a perfect romantic and sexy setting to kick off the new year.
