Bourbon Steak at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess
Michael Mina, a San Francisco based Chef I’ve gotten to know and adore over the years has an amazing Bourbon Bourbon Steak, located in the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Hotel. Enjoy an authentic American Steakhouse experience that offers a unique blend of classic American cuisine, with Michael Mina’s signature touch. During my visit I enjoyed a Filet paired with a stunning Lingua Franca Pinot Noir (read more about that Willammette Valley Winery on my Best Walla Wall Wine Guide here).
The setting is beyong sexy and swanky with incredible design, excellent service and fabulous cuisine and a stellar wine list. Bravo to Chef Michael and his tea you’ve done it again!
If you’re as big of a Chef Michael Mina fan as I am, check out his Bourbon Steak Nashville, featured on my blog in, The Most Architecturally Stunning U.S. Restaurants. 7575 E Princess Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

Be sure to try out one of Michael Mina’s closer restaurants in the NorCal Area, Michael Mina’s Newest Downtown Hot Spot Wit & Widsom in downtown Sonoma, California.
Fat Ox
Looking for some fantastic, fresh, and authentic Italian food? Fat Ox is the place to go! Homemade pastas, and a global wine list, this is truly a perfect Scottsdale Dining spot you don’t want to miss. The vibe was an upscale modern bistro meets swanky New York esque energy and scene. It had moody dark lights, loud music (which is intentional so guests will lean in and connect while chatting over a delicious meal). We were very impressed with the vibe, the delicious food (I highly recomend the hand made pastas), the craft cocktails and the fabulosu wine list. 6316 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85253.

Lou Malnati’s
As a Chicago girl, deep-dish Pizza is a culinary essential I adore. Every time I’m back home to Chicago I order Lou Malnati’s as much as I can. It was music to my ears learning that Lou Malnati’s currently has 3 locations in Scottsdale Arizona. My family carried out Lou Malnati’s during our recent trip to Scottsdale. I suggest it for anyone else visiting looking for the Best Chicago style Deep Dish in the country!
