From May 24 to September 2, 2019, Riviera by Quattro brings Italian coastal flair to life through the tastes, sights and sounds inspired by destinations such as Portofino, Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, Italy. I had the pleasure of enjoying the Riviera by Quattro during a recent stay and it was divine. See more of the fun I had below!
Arriving for my lovely dinner at Quattro. I also brought Peaches who’s my bestie’s little pup. Lucky for us Four Seasons Silicon Valley is dog-friendly so she joined for our overnight stay.
Executive Chef Martin Morelli’s menu at Quattro Restaurant speaks to everything he loves about Italian cuisine; simple, rustic and designed to be enjoyed over multiple courses. The menu at Riviera compliments Morelli’s menu at Quattro with dishes such as heirloom tomato and truffle burrata pizza topped with prosciutto tableside; prosciutto, mortadella, taleggio cheese atop focaccia; and a Ligurian-style porterhouse steak for two.
Executive Pastry Chef Eric Keppler created desserts to cool off with: fior di latte soft serve and aranciata rossa Italian ice.
Cocktails and wine evoke summer days with fresh lemon, floral lavender, and a modern take on the classic Italian Negroni.
The photo-worthy outdoor oasis is surrounded by stone walls covered with bougainvillea and greenery and guests can take photos with a flame-red Vespa or in one the floral-adorned arbors. Guests can also send a complimentary postcard (Shown below) to family and friends from their vacanza (vacation) to Riviera.
