Bacchus Landing Cellars is an absolutely wonderful wine tasting destination. There are 6+ wineries right here and is only minutes from Downtown Healdsburg. Follow along below to see more about Bacchus Landing, A Healdsburg Wine Destination.
I love Bacchus Landing because you can taste amazing wines from various wineries and it’s dog-friendly. I hate having to leave my dog Ernestine at home so I appreciate any chance I get for us to both have fun.
Bacchus Landing has 7 excellent tasting rooms, each with its own patio to enjoy the delicious wine with friends and family. See the full list on their website here.
This fabulous company is family-owned, which just adds to the wow factor in my opinion. Bacchus Landing was founded with the vision of creating a beautiful destination to entertain guests with memorable wine experiences.

Aldina Vineyards
Aldina Vineyards has a unique selection of wines. I got to try their Chardonnay as you can see below but they also have a great Cabaret Sauvignon I recommend trying.
Convene by Dan Kosta
Another winery at Bacchus Landing producing lovely Chardonnay & Pinot Noir Wines is Convenue by Dan Kosta. The cool Sonoma Coast produced wines are delicious! If the same sounds familiar that’s because Dan Kosta was one of the co-founders of Kosta-Browne with my pal Michael Browne.
Speaking of Michael, learn more about Michael in my interview with him here.
Ernestine all smiles hanging at Bacchus Landing. They’re super dog-friendly!
Montagne Russe
I’m not the only one that loves Bacchus Landing! This Montagne Russe Birchmark Pinot Noir donates a portion of proceeds to this amazing cause, the BirchBox Foundation. “What better way to help out the animals of Santa Cruz and Monterey as 10% of each bottle sale is donated to the BirchBark Foundation, a nonprofit that saves animals’ lives during veterinary emergencies when their owners are unable to afford the necessary care. Their mission is to prevent the unnecessary euthanasia of animals. Get this wine while it lasts!” Purchase Montagne Russe Birchbox Pinot Noir here.

Ernie had an absolutely fabulous time exploring.
Isn’t this just the most gorgeous, relaxed space to enjoy your wine, catch up and take in the view?
Smith Story Wines
Smith Story Wines is another great family-owned winery with great wines. These specially crafted wines are a can’t miss when visiting the area and Bacchus Landing.
The Setting Wines
Setting Wines in Healdsburg is a boutique winery renowned for its exceptional, hand-crafted wines that showcase the unique terroir of Sonoma County. Founded by winemaker Jesse Katz, the winery offers an exclusive, intimate tasting experience highlighting small-lot productions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and more. Setting Wines has gained acclaim for its artistry and has become a must-visit destination for wine enthusiasts.
If you love Sauvignon Blanc, this is a really great one you have to try!
