What do I recommend you order: For my dinner visit I enjoyed an incredible Butter Lettuce Salad, the Roast Chicken, & Steak Frites plus the Macaroni & Cheese Side. This was all delicious. Very flavorful and exactly what I was craving. To me a Roast Chicken and Steak Frites are both comfort foods and in this sexy, romantic setting I just wanted to relax, enjoy and experience the new menu. So far, I am a fan. The sides were also great, I fell in love with the fries (super crispy) and the Mac’n Cheese was irresistible!!!!!
The Butter Lettuce & Heirloom Radish Salad. This was super light and flavorful, perfect starter for the heavier meat entrees.
The Barigoule de Poulet, Roasted Chicken with organic squash, roasted fennel , pearl onions, lemon and oregano. This was extremely juicy and flavorful.
My favorite Lunch Eats on the All Day Menu: As someone who admits to not being the most adventurous eater I got out of my comfort zone and tried almost everything. The biggest surprise were the frog legs which I loved. This was my first time having frog legs and they were great, tasting similar to fried chicken. I also adored both of the salads, each fresh and flavorful. I also found the Bone Marrow delicious with incredible crunchy parsley-anchovy breadcrumbs and caramelized onions and capers. Yummy! As a French bistro you can also guess that their Steak Frites was fabulous! Not only was the meat flavorful but the fries were irresistible. Seriously, I may have filled up on the fries so much that I barely (I did say barely) had room for dessert!!
Salade Maison with Field greens, compressed strawberries, shaved fennel, St. Andre. This was extremely fresh and flavorful with the seasonal strawberries adding a lovely touch.
The Grenouille a la Meuniere (Frog legs)
The Roasted Bone Marrow
The Steak Frites and Fries which are irresistible. Literally, everyone I ate with could not stop nibbling on the amazing fries. Nice and crispy with a perfect touch of salt!!
Thanks Gaspar Brasserie for hosting me to experience your NEW All Day Menu. It is delicious and something I can’t wait to return back to enjoy again. Thanks!
