Alba Ray’s Weekend Brunch A Mission Must

As I am settling into my new neighborhood, San Francisco’s Mission District, I am getting acclimated to the dining scene and once of the most important spots to know in any neighborhood is where to brunch. So, I visited one of my favorite Mission Restaurants, Alba Ray’s, which you’ll see on my Mission Best Restaurants here to experience their brunch. Read more about this delicious, lively Mission brunch scene below and see why Alba Ray’s should be your next brunch destination in the Mission! 2293 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94110

Starting out with the delicious Char-Grilled Fanny Bay Oysters with herbed butter and Romano cheese. These were so incredible there was not one left on the plate.

The beignets are also a must. I shared this in my Alba Ray’s dinner visit, read more about that here on my Best Restaurants in The Mission post. Regardless of what meal you are enjoying, be sure to order these Beignets!

My main course, Baked Eggs with tomato, bacon, grits, and fresh herbs. This was beyond flavorful, rich, and delicious. The fresh herb green sauce was incredible.

The Shrimp Remoulade with radish, herbs, poached egg, hollandaise, and mixed greens which my date enjoyed.  I’m not an egg girl, but he said it was incredible!
