Spring of 2024 I had the privilege of experiencing the extraordinary Andaz Pattaya Resort at Jomtien Beach in Thailand, and it was truly unforgettable.  I was invited on a Familiarization trip with Hyatt Hotels along with 3 other Travel Agents and boy was I in store for a magnificent experience in Thailand staying at the Park Hyatt Bangkok followed by the Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach, both incredible hotels I’m now obsessed with!

Every aspect, from the impeccable service to the luxurious facilities, gorgeous beach front and pools, exquisite dining (4 on site restaurants), surpassed all expectations. Join me below as I recount my remarkable stay at this magnificent resort.

Andaz Pattaya Rooms & Suites

The rooms at Andaz Pattaya Thailand are a blend of contemporary design and Thai-inspired elements. Each room is thoughtfully crafted to create a sense of spaciousness and serenity. You can experience floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the azure ocean or lush tropical gardens.

There are so many amazing details that go into your stay, it becomes such a personal experience.

I stayed in a King Room with Lagoon Pool swim in access to the quiet pool (closer to the spa) which I loved. This was my first time having swim in access to a pool and it was amazing. The room was quite big with a large dressing room / closet, a bedroom area, a seating area with a table as well as a sofa area and another sofa and day bed. It would comfortably sleep 2 adults and 1-2 small children.

As usual for Hyatt Hotels the bathrooms were also magnificent. I enjoyed another soaking tub.

I was lucky enough to enjoy a swim in the pool front room which was super fun to have and enhanced the tropical vibe of my experience.

Andaz Pattaya Dining

Culinary experiences abound with 4 on site restaurants including an Italian, Thai Restaurant, SteakHouse and a beach-front Fish/ Seafood restaurant. Learn more about the divine Dining options here. From innovative Thai cuisine to international delicacies, guests are treated to a culinary journey that reflects the vibrant flavors of the region. Savor refreshing cocktails crafted with care while enjoying panoramic ocean views. The service level of the staff was also top notch during each dining experience with them anticipating guest’s needs. For example, after my second day the staff knew I preferred sparkling water to still water at each meal.

There are so many dining options and enjoying a meal outside with delicious food is something I won’t forget!

Enjoying the evening outdoors with Hotel Executive Chef Vincenzo Gatti who was wonderful. This gorgeous dinner the team curated was in their garden and the first time they did a seated dinner in this space. It was spectacular so I’m guessing there will be more. It’s a great option for VIP guests wanting something special in a stunning environment outside of one of their four restaurants.

Me and Sandy Dutra, Hyatt Director of Leisure Sales who organized this amazing FAM trip. This was during the cooking class we enjoyed one afternoon. What a fun activity for guests to learn authentic Thai recipes from their talented culinary team.

The Luxurious Pañpuri Wellness Harbor Spa at Andaz Pattaya

Head to theLuxurious Pañpuri Wellness Harbor Spa to try some holistic treatments inspired by traditional Thai techniques. I was able to enjoy Thai massage in the Spa which was the perfect way to enjoy my last day in Thailand paradise.  For those who love hanging out by the pool on vacation, there are multiple infinity pools overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. Fitness enthusiasts can stay active at the gym that also has some pretty amazing views.
