Boonville
Those of you looking for a super quiet mellow, charming town in Northern California Boonville is the spot for you. With the most adorable hotel I adore, The Boonville Inn and tons of amazing wineries just a few minutes away this is the spot for a quiet Northern California getaway while enjoying boutique hotel amenities, amazing food and great wines!

Elk
Located on the coast in Mendocino County, Elk sits perfectly in Northern California. The best views of the beach sit right beneath you as you look out beyond the cliffs. It is so secluded and private, with just the right amount of town minutes away. Have great drinks, food, and enjoy a hike or two while you’re there.

Healdsburg
As a Healdsburg local, I had to include my little slice of heaven on the Cutest Towns in California list. Healdsburg is such a gem as it is located right in the heart of Sonoma County, with all the fun and beauty Northern California has to offer. Visit great wineries, delicious food, and overall fantastic time.

A small town with a population of fewer than 800 people, Hopland is such a unique California spot. Located in the Russian River Valley, Hopland is the southern getaway in Northern California.

Los Olivos
In Santa Barbara County, Los Olivos is one of the cutest spots to visit. Take a step back to this charming town with an emphasis on their spectacular wine grapes. Mendocino
Any chance I get to visit Mendocino I take it. Mendocino is a beautiful area in California that makes you feel on top of the world with its spectacular ocean views. You can see on my Mendocino Dining Guide the great restaurants they have in the city.

Solvang
A gem in the Santa Ynez Valley, Solvang is a lovely Danish themed town that is so fun to visit. The architecture and wineries in the area are fabulous and must see when visiting the area.
