As someone who loves to travel and stay in luxurious hotels and homes, when I first learned about Pacaso I was blown away. What an amazing concept, you can own a second, or even third home with fractional ownership so you share it with a few others (whether 5-6 other owners) and have a home that’s 5-6x the value of what you could afford on your own.
How to Buy a Pacaso Second home?
Finance up to 70% of your purchase or pay in cash. The Pacasoi eam will walk you through each step of the process and help you schedule your first stays.
Own with peace of mind
Pacaso is the global leader in second home co-ownership. They back this up with brand benefits so you can feel confident about your choice.
Common Questions about Pacaso Second Homes
Q: IS PACASO A TIMESHARE OR FRACTIONAL COMPANY?
Pacaso helps people buy, own and enjoy a true real estate asset. Most timeshares, in contrast, sell the right to use a fixed amount of time in a condo or hotel shared by dozens of people. These units are notoriously hard to sell due to a supply and demand imbalance. Pacaso brings together a small group of co-owners to purchase a share of a single-family home and enjoy ongoing access. Pacaso handles all management details, provides full transparency on LLC operating expenses, and facilitates a seamless resale on the open market at any point after 12 months of ownership.
Q. HOW DO I SCHEDULE TIME TO ENJOY MY HOME?
You book time using the Pacaso app, powered by our SmartStay™ scheduling system. It’s easy to use and equitable for owners, based on the number of shares you own. The system supports two types of stays: general and short-notice. General stays are scheduled 8 days to 24 months in advance, and each owner has access to a general stay that falls on a special date (e.g., federal holidays and popular local events). Short-notice stays are booked 2 to 30 days in advance of arrival. (Note: For homes with unsold shares, the short-notice booking window is 2-7 days in advance of arrival.)

Living in Healdsburg, I always wondered if there were Pacaso homes around me. I recently learned about the Bennett Home which is just a few doors down from one of my favorite Calistoga Wineries, Bennett Lane Winery. The gorgeous Pacaso Bennett home in Calistoga, California.
Best described by the experts at Pacaso “Raise a glass to this intoxicating 4-acre estate featuring 8,300 square feet of living and entertaining space across three distinct buildings, 2.5 acres of planted vineyards, and views of the Palisades and Mount Saint Helena.
Just outside Calistoga, the newly built compound has 7 luxurious bedrooms and 8 spa-like bathrooms. The 4,625-square-foot main home features an open floor plan with a modern great room with a striking wood ceiling, a sleek chef’s kitchen with a massive island and, befitting a grand vineyard home, a glass-doored wine room. The home includes 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an office and a powder room.
Adjacent to the main home is a 1,000-square-foot guest house with two more bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, plus two outdoor showers. A modern barn offers 2,750 square feet of multipurpose space and two bathrooms. The grounds feature an outdoor kitchen and bar, a fire pit, a 50-by-20-foot pool and spa, courts for bocce, pickleball and basketball, and a large covered patio space. The home, guest house and barn come fully furnished and professionally decorated.”
This home truly has it all. A tennis court, outdoor pool with hot tub, even a gym with a large living room area, game room and an extra guest bedroom
The gym on this beautiful property.
The living room is perfect for entertaining or a movie/sports night. There are also another 2 TV rooms so plenty to entertain or have adults in one area and children in another.
Each of the bathrooms is gorgeous with bright white, clean modern design. This one is my favorite off of a second-floor bedroom, with a soaking tub enjoying vineyard views!
