Hotel Lers Mars A Stunning Healdsburg Luxury Hotel

Hotel Les Mars is located in downtown Healdsburg, just a block off the Healdsburg Square. It’s also upstairs from another favorite Healdsburg spot of mine, Chalkboard Restaurant (which is owned by the Hotel Les Mars owner Bill Foley as well). I had the pleasure of visiting  Hotel  Les Mars for a stay this January which was one of the most incredible luxury hotel experiences I have had! Read more about this incredible property below.

I’m such a happy girl as I arrive to check into Hotel Les Mars. I’ve been dreaming about staying here for as long as I’ve been visiting Healdsburg (5+ years) and I am beyond excited to experience this luxurious Healdsburg Relais & Châteaux property.

The lovely Canard Duchene Champagne welcome at check in. It is small details like this that set apart a luxury experience for me and really the little touches are what I end up remembering about the trip and the unique guest experience.

The spectacular Grand King corner room I stayed in. I love a fireplace especially in chilly January.

Settling into my room with spectacular views and such gorgeous light. It’s rooms like this that make me never want to leave my hotel room. I actually woke up quite early (7am on a Saturday is early) in order to enjoy the complimentary room service, breakfast in bed since I had to check out by 10am for a visit to Chalk Hill Winery (another incredible Bill Foley property). More to come on that soon!

The team was so sweet they surprised me with some local apples in my room for my arrival which they purchased next store at The Shed. What a thoughtful gesture. Read more about the Shed in my Top 10 Healdsburg Guide here.

When you have a bathroom this beautiful it means it’s time for a bubble bath! It’s one of my favorite ways to relax at a luxury hotel and with the champagne welcome I was prepared for a bath and bubbles!

The bubble bath menu, actually they’re bath salts, even better. An adult version of a bubble bath!

As I often talk about, one of my favorite parts of a luxury hotel stay is enjoying the fabulous products shared with hotel guests. These Bulgari products are amazing, smelling so delicious!

Before heading to dinner at Chalkboard (conveniently located in the hotel lobby), I swung by lobby for the complimentary wine tasting guests are treated to daily from 5:00 – 6:30pm

The view in my room after dinner. I love turn down service, especially when it comes with these incredible LeBelge Chocolates overlooking the warm fireplace. Heavenly!

Sadly my stay at Lers Mars went too quickly, breakfast in bed was my last luxury before heading out to visit Chalk Hill Winery (also owned by Bill Foley, the same owner of Les Mars Hotel). My weekend with the Foley family was really heavenly. Wait until you see the winery visit. Read more about Chalk Hill Winery on the blog soon!
