Jayden Ong Winery and Cellar Bar

Seville Estate
Seville Estate gives the region’s reputation for premium wine production. Seville Estate has continued its legacy of crafting elegant, cool-climate wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Upper Yarra Valley. It’s an incredible experience with a modern cellar, an on-site restaurant, and picturesque vineyards!

Timo Mayer Wines
Timo Mayer Wines is a boutique winery in Yarra Valley, founded by German winemaker Timo Mayer. Mayer specializes in whole-bunch fermentation, crafting expressive, small-batch wines that reflect the region’s cool climate and volcanic soils. His signature vineyard, Bloody Hill is home to his famous Pinot Noir, Syrah and Chardonnay, all farmed organically.

Yarra Yering
Yarra Yering is one of Australia’s most iconic Yarra Valley wineries. Known for its age-worthy wines and deep connection to the land, the estate blends traditional techniques with innovation under winemaker Sarah Crowe. Yarra Yering is committed to preserving its legacy and environment for future generations.

Yeringberg
Yeringberg is a historic, family-owned winery nestled in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, dating back to 1863. Now under the fifth generation, Yeringberg continues to produce elegant, wines exclusively from estate-grown fruit. The vineyard produces a range of classic French varietals, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Bordeaux blends.

Yering Station
Yering Station is celebrated as Victoria’s oldest vineyard, first planted in 1838 by the pioneering Ryrie brothers. The elegant cellar door, housed in the historic 1859 winery building, offers guided tastings of their award-winning cool-climate wines—from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to Shiraz-Viognier blends.
