The spectacular entrance leading to Davis Estates which is located on the Silverado Trail
The historic bar that was on the site when the Davis family bought the existing vineyard. Architect Howard Backen did the Architecture for the new Winery and used this original barn style and architecture as inspiration for the entire design of the new winery.
Being welcomed as we arrived with this lovely Sauvignon Blanc Wine and views of the Christmas Tree in the lobby.
Views from the tasting lounge terrace of the stunning vineyard and various barns on the property
Views of the historic barn and the vineyards from the terrace attached to the tasting lounge. Stunning!
The stunning private fire pit area where I enjoyed my wine and food pairing. This was a more private secluded area for a tasting which I loved. Even though you still had views of the format seating area in the lounge and the open kitchen it felt a bit more private, perfect for a quiet tasting or experience with friends where you really want to feel as it’s just you and your guests in this stunning winery.
The delicious culinary bites I enjoyed paired with the Davis Estates Wines. These were small enough bites that you did not fill up too much but incredibly delicious food that paired so thoughtfully with the wines.
The line up of wines I enjoyed during our visit. I adored the Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and the two various Cabernet Sauvignon’s.
Quite possibly the most relaxing porch swing I’ve ever seen. This really makes it hard to leave Davis Estates
Touring Davis Estates and their beautiful cellar. Stay tuned for the tank room and the Member’s only dining room……
The grand entrance into the member’s only cave/dining room.
The main winery tasting lounge shown above.
The historic barn which is so cool. You can have a tasting or event in here as well. I already have ideas for an event i would love to throw here. It’s so fabulous with a vintage yet updated modern vibe to it with the cool Restoration Hardware decor style and the inviting fireplace, blankets mixed with the vintage tractors and original barn. This is probably my favorite room at the Winery.
I’m such a happy girl. A beautiful winery setting, incredible wines, a lovely family story really makes Davis Estates one of a kind….
