We stumbled upon Eric Kayser Artisan Boulanger Paris in Santiago Chile on our way from the hotel to the subway and it truly is a gem! It has delicious pastries as well as coffee, sandwiches and other fabulous treats. Eric Kayser Bakery The Best Patisserie in Santiago.  They also have the largest macaroon I’ve ever seen. Similar in size to a large chocolate chip cookie you’d see at a bakery. It was as delicious as it looked. I also was thrilled to stumble upon Eric Kayser in Hong Kong’s central visit during a recent visit in March, 2014.
