Glen Ellen Star
Glen Ellen Star is a cozy restaurant that serves a classic menu of wood-fired pizzas, appetizers and mains. The culinary team sources ingredients from amazing gardens and local producers so the food tastes very fresh. This is the perfect spot to get dinner after a long day of roaming in Sonoma County. 13648 Arnold Drive, Glen Ellen, CA 95442. Read more about my lovely dining experience here and check out my Interview with Chef & Owner Ari Wasserman here.
The outdoor seating creates the perfect experience of enjoying a meal under the stars.
One of my most favorite memories outside of The Glen Ellen Star with Chef Ari was when he was the Chef for the fabulous Sonoma Valley Legend’s Wine Dinner. Read all about that on the blog here.

Les Pascals Pâtisserie et Boulangerie
Les Pascals is a go-to for authentic French-inspired delights such as fresh bread, quiches, tarts, cakes, pastries, and hard meringues. Their cafe offers sweet and savory treats that make for a perfect snack in between visiting wineries or a long day of exploring Glen Ellen. Salt & Stone
Salt & Stone was named Best Outdoor Dining 2020 in Sonoma County 2020 as guests can experience beautiful views while enjoying their delicious meal. The ambiance is very comforting and feels like a gathering place. It makes a great location to enjoy with friends and family! Not to mention, they are also dog-friendly so Ms. Ernestine was in heaven getting lots of pets and chasing the fish in the pond! 9900 Sonoma Hwy, Kenwood, CA 95452

The Saloon at Jack London Lodge
The Saloon at The Jack London Lodge offers wine country comfort food and the best burgers in Sonoma (so we’re told). It’s a true locals’ hangout and guests can gather to watch the game on the big screen TV, get together with friends, enjoy a game of pool, or stop in for a late-night drink. Dine on the Creekside Patio after a day of wine tasting and enjoy the serene setting beside Sonoma Creek. 13740 Arnold Dr, Glen Ellen, CA 95442

Valley Swim Club
If you have time in your stay, I highly recommend checking out the Valley Swim Club. Especially on a cool summer day, this can be the icing on the cake. There are plenty of seating areas and delicious stuff to choose from to eat and drink. 18709 Arnold Dr, Sonoma, CA 95476
