March 3rd, 2018 was this year’s Junior League of San Francisco’s (JLSF) Annual Sustainer Tea. It was with great pleasure that I served as Chair of the Tea. Although I was Chair, I have to say, the event would not have been as huge of a success as it was with out my friend and partner, Event Planner and Event Producer Kate Siegel of Kate Siegel Fine Events.
This year’s Tea was held at The War Memorial Green Room overlooking city hall which could not have been a more beautiful, stunning venue! See more of the event below.
Portraits and candids by Moanalani Jeffrey, all other photos by Christina McNeill Photography. Thanks to both of these amazing photographers for capturing this event as beautifully as they both did!
The balcony seating showcasing our stunning La Tavola Fine Linens and the stunning Theoni Collection shoreditch chairs. The colorful linens and beautiful gold furniture really created an elegant, yet chic, modern decor adding to this already beautiful space in a lovely way.
A huge thank you to all of the donors who generously supported our event with donations including our Gold Sponsor Theoni Collection, Kate Siegel Fine Events, Moet & Chandon, Betty Zlatchin Catering, Two-Thirty-Five Luxury Suites, The Real Real, La Tavola Fine Linens, Dry Creek Kitchen, Frances Austen, SusieCakes, Christopher Elbow Chocolates, Cherries Flowers, Stockhome Restaurant & Kollar Chocolates. We also had many many local restaurants and wineries donate to our Raffle & Silent Auction (list below) so a big thank you to those companies as well.

Me and Event Producer and friend Kate Siegel of Kate Siegel Fine Events. Kate was beyond instrumental in the success and beautiful design of this event so a huge huge thank you Kate from me and the entire JLSF team.
Enjoying the incredible views of City Hall. Another thank you to sponsor The Real Real who generously dressed me for the event in this stunning Ted Baker dress.
The stunning Moet & Chandon Champagne bar serving delicious Moet & Chandon Brut and Sparkling Rose Champagne for JLSF Tea guests. The beautiful flowers were by Cherries Flowers and really enhanced this stunning presentation.
I absolutely adored the feminine color palette our Event Producer, Kate of Kate Siegel Fine Events chose with our whimsical Mad Hatter Tea Party theme. These pastel pink silk linens from La Tavola Fine Linens were so perfect and looked stunning with the beautiful Cherries Flowers and the historical War Memorial Green Room decor.
Welcoming guests with Christopher Elbow Chocolate Truffles and a glass of Moet & Chandon Champagne!
Guests were welcomed with a glass of Moet & Chandon Champagne and of course a little chocolate sweet…
The incredible assortment of Christopher Elbow Chocolates guests were greeted with upon arriving. Pretty hard to beat a glass of champagne in one hand and a chocolate truffle in the other hand!
The stunning Green Room. A huge thank you to our Gold Sponsor Theoni Collection for generously donating all the furniture, table top, glass wear, and candle sticks. Without their incredible support and partnership this event would not have been nearly as successful and well attended as it was!
Event Producer Kate of Kate Siegel Fine Events is known for her over the top, luxurious events and this Tea exceeded my wildest dreams. In addition to the beautiful tables set with velvet chairs we also had smaller cafe tables for guests to mingle at on the edge of the ball room creating more intimate cozy area’s. Kate is truly an event planning genius!
Our goal was to create an elegant, magical, and whimsical table top and thanks to Theoni Collection, we achieved that. I loved the fun mixing and matching of the various pastel plates and tea cups. And our floral by Cherries Flowers pulled it together so magically!
Our guests enjoyed high tea from Betty Zlatchin catering. I adored the various tea sandwiches and macaroons showcased on this beautiful and delicious table! A special thanks to our Catering Manager and partner Deana Morrison making the culinary experience out of this world for our guests. Without Deana’s support, generosity and partnership our Jr. League of San Francisco Sustainer Tea would not have been as amazing as it was!
