Where to Stay in Miami Beach Florida.

After a few former visits to Miami a trip in February, 2012 was definitely the best and converted me to becoming a huge fan of Miami (where as before I wasn’t totally sold). I was lucky enough to visit Miami for the South Beach Food & Wine Festival (SoBe) with my dear friend Lindsay, aka The Lunch Belle. We had heard about SoBe last year (she was invited but unable to make it) so we agreed we’d check it out together in 2012. The below is a general overview of Miami.

Where to Stay: 

Eden Roc – Although we would have loved to stay in South Beach we ended up a bit further away at the Eden Roc Hotel (next to Fountainbleu Hotel). This worked out perfectly as a lot of the SoBe events were at the two hotels and the hotel was huge with two towers (be sure to request the newer tower), 3 pools (we of course found the adults pool day one and loved the peace and quiet of no children), and a beach front location. 4525 Collins Avenue. Recently renovated rooms with great bathrooms

and bed’s almost as comfortable as the Westin’s heavenly bed!
