Corporations Social Responsibility is such an important thing to think about when purchasing from your favorite brands? What do they stand for, what do they support? You can actually support the things you care most about by shopping! What a quick and easy way to help a community in need. June is Pride Month, and it is so important to support the Pride Community, not just the month of June, but always. You may not know, but some of your favorite brands may be making significant donations to organizations supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Follow along below to see some hot new products from some of My Favorite Brands to Buy From That Support Pride.
Banana Republic / Gap
Over the last five years, Gap Inc. (a former employer of mine where I worked in roles at Gap & Old Navy), has donated over $500,000 to help the LGBTQI+ Community. They have partnered with the United Nations Foundation in support of the UN Free and Equal Campaign for the community. Gap and Banana Republic celebrate Pride month by adding a Pride Collection and continuing to donate to the foundations with the profits of the collection. I am a huge fan of Banana Republic and I absolutely love the minimalist collection they have created to support Pride Month. It is still very much their style, but with that beautiful pop of color!
Bombas
Support Pride this month by shopping on my all time favorite brands, Bombas. Known for their colorful and creative items and clothing, they not only support Pride every day of the year, they also support those in need by donating one item for every one that is purchased. Gary Farrell Vineyards and Winery
As I am a Wine Enthusiast, I had to mention one of my favorite wineries that is doing their part to support Pride. One of the most notable efforts has been their joint involvement with the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), one of America’s leading LGBTQ+ civil rights organizations. Kate Spade has partnered with The Trevor Project that support the LGBTQ youth in the United States that seriously consider suicide each year. 20% of the Rainbow Shop’s net profits will be donated to the Trevor Project to support the mental health of the LGBTQ youth. Levi’s
With a collection you can’t ignore, the Levi’s collection supports and respects all pronouns. In support, Levi’s makes an annual donation to OutRight Action International, working to advance human rights to LGBTQIA+ people all over the world. With their longstanding partnerships with the LGBTQIA+ organizations, MAC Cosmetics have raised over $500,000,00 in donations. MAC Cosmetics embraces bright beautiful colors this month, the same way the embrace and support those of all genders, colors, and sexualities. Their make-up in universal and is for everyone. I am pumped to celebrate PRIDE with delicious canned wine made by badass LGBTQ+ winemakers who are paving the way for more inclusion in the wine industry. I’m a huge fan of Nike and have worn Nike shoes as long as I remember and I love what they have created with this collection.

Support Pride by getting bubbly with SodaStream. This is the third year in a row that SodaStream is partnering with ILGA World, a global LGBTQI+NGO, and 10% of the proceeds from the Rainbow Story Special Edition Sparkling Water Maker will be donated to the organization. I am a SodaStream fanatic, literally can’t live without my Sparkling Wine so I love that this brand supports PRIDE!
