You probably are aware that Seattle is like a second home to me. My sister has lived there since college. She graduated from UW and never left. I really love my time in Seattle and over the years I’ve made Christmas in Seattle with my sister, bro Andy (my brother-in-law), and my two nieces Amelia and Libby an annual event. This year was very special as I was invited to visit the Lodge at St. Edward State Park and decided to bring my nieces with me for a staycation. This lodge is wonderful and great for kids or adults looking for some R & R. Follow along to see my amazing stay at The Luxurious Lodge at St. Edward Park.

Beautiful Rooms
Nothing makes a stay complete than rooms that are comfortable and beautiful. The rooms at the Lodge at St. Edward State Park immerse you in the forest around you. The rooms have a historical charm with a mix of modern luxury.
As soon as I arrived I was welcomed with a delicious treat and personalized note.
Also, be sure to stop by the luxurious spa they have here at the hotel for some ultimate relaxation. I didn’t get a chance to visit the spa during this stay but hope to next time I visit!

The Tonsorium Bar is a great spot to check out at night since they have great drinks.
The Heritage Bar is brightly lit and perfect for a cocktail at night or mimosa in the morning!
Did I also mention that they have a high tea here? If you’ve read my blogs you know I love a good high tea any chance that I get. For more tea, check out The Best Tea in San Francisco here.
The Cedar and Elm Restaurant serves some truly amazing and delicious food that you must try during your stay.
It isn’t a winter trip to Washington if you didn’t have some fun in the snow… Can’t wait to come back to this amazing stay!
