The Society Hotel, Bingen
During my wine tasting trip in the wonderful Columbia Gorge region, I stayed at the lovely Society Hotel, Bingen. The Society Hotel has two locations, one in Bingen and one in Portland. My stay at the Society Hotel was absolutely perfect. If you’re visiting Columbia Gorge, I can’t recommend it enough! It’s super charming, has great character, and is the higher-end / modern hotel in the region so for sure the place to stay.
If you’re heading to Columbia Gorge I suggest you check out their amazing wineries too. Read my Columbia Gorge Winery Guide here to see where to visit!

The Fairmont Olympic Hotel has been an amazing experience every time I’ve had the chance to visit! While spending my second Christmas in Seattle visiting my sister Lise and her husband Andy (and their two adorable daughters), I decided it would be fun take my oldest nieces to the Fairmont Seattle for their Holiday Tea. This would be their first big girl tea party and the perfect date with Auntie Em. For those visiting Seattle or living in Seattle looking for a luxurious, charming Spa The Fairmont Olympic Hotel’s Penelope Spa is just that! Read about my stay at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel here.
