The Fabulous Society Hotel Bingen that You Must Experience

During my recent trip winetasting in the wonderful Columbia Gorge region, which you can read about on the blog here, I stayed at the lovely Society Hotel, Bingen. The Society Hotel has two locations, one in Bingen and one in Portland. My stay at the Society Hotel was absolutely perfect and I am thrilled to share all about it with you.  If you’re visiting Columbia Gorge, I can’t recommend it enough! Tucked away in the stunning rolling hills surrounding Columbia Gorge, the Society Hotel is absolutely gorgeous!

The beautiful lounge area of the Society Hotel. I love the look of the plush armchairs against the backdrop of the stunning mirror and bookshelves. With the sunlight streaming in through the window, I can’t think of anything more picturesque. This is a perfect spot to relax with friends and family or curl up with a drink and some snacks!

I visited during COVID so guests were all asked to wear masks of course in common areas. Like all of my other COVID travels I felt extremely safe with all the precautions the Society Hotel was taking to ensure guest’s and employee’s safety.

Speaking of drinks and snacks, you can order something delicious to eat or drink here! It’s super convenient and everything is sparkling clean. This is where I grabbed a light breakfast the two days of my stay. Super easy, well priced and since the town is so small there weren’t many other quick grab and go breakfast options that I heard about.

Each cabin had a private hammock for guests to relax and enjoy in.

These vibrant flowers are such beautiful pops of color! It really reminds you how stunning the Pacific Northwest is especially during the summer months. I visited in June and the skies were so blue and just gorgeous!

My stay at the Society Hotel could not have been better. Everyone I met was lovely and courteous and I had an amazing time here. In short, if you’re looking for an unforgettable stay in the gorgeous Columbia Gorge, look no further than the wonderful Society Hotel!
