Prior to Covid, I had the privilege of attending Les Champagnes Bio À SF, an Organic Champagne Tasting hosted at Cerf Club in San Francisco. The event showcased a series of Small Champagne Growers that traveledfrom Champagne, France to share their incredible creations. A total of 15 different Small Champagne Growers offered over 50 unique champagne wines to try. Read more to learn about these talented organic producers and their products.
